Rugby Season Complete, off season training starts today.

A long successful season, finished 2nd in the league to a nationally ranked team. I felt great throughout the season. Time to get stronger and faster. 

Workout 11/18:

Warmup: dynamic stretching, foam roll, squat mobility

Strength: 5 rep max squat/ press

Conditioning: 
On the minute every minute for 10 min. 
Sprint half gasser,( 50m there and back). 

Cash out: 21 GHD sit-ups/ GHD extensions.
