Workout: 7/23 half marathon row.

So the Crossfit games gets underway in Wednesday. Second event for Wednesday was announced: 13.1m (21,097m) row, scored at 2k and total time.

Sound like a challenge... Lets do it. 

Warmup: 
Dynamic stretch, foam roll

Workout: 13.1 mi row. Score 2k split and total time.
