Workout 9/25

Warmup: 2x - 400m run, 10 push ups, 10 pull ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 burpees
Dynamic strech

Strength: 5x5 strict press

Conditioning: 10 rounds for time
15 box jumps 24 inches
10 pull ups
5 clapping push ups

Static Stretch
