Workout 1/14: Sledgehammer day

Warmup: run 800m / dynamic / shoulder & ankle mobility

Strength: Ring dips & strict chin ups 5x max reps

Conditioning: 4 rounds of 25 reps of each movement hitting a tire.

Rt side diagonal (lft foot forward)
Left side diagonal (rt foot forward)
Right side, tread strikes
Left side , tread strikes

Cash out: 1 mi run
